01Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on or using the 789q platform at 789q.vin, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in full. These terms form a binding agreement between you and 789q. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use the platform.

02Eligibility & Registration

To register and use 789q, you must meet all of the following requirements:

• You must be accessing the platform as an individual for personal entertainment purposes only — not on behalf of any business or third party.
• You must provide accurate, complete and truthful information when creating your account, including your real name, valid contact details and correct date of birth.
• You must not already hold an existing account on 789q. Only one account per person is permitted. Duplicate accounts will be suspended.
• You must not be on any self-exclusion list or have previously had an account closed by 789q for rule violations.

789q reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any point to confirm eligibility. Failure to provide satisfactory verification may result in account suspension or the withholding of withdrawals until verification is complete.

03Account Rules

Each player is permitted to hold only one active account on 789q. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different details — is a serious violation of these terms and may result in immediate permanent closure of all associated accounts, forfeiture of any balances and a ban from the platform.

You are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials. Do not share your username, password or any account access details with any other person. Any activity carried out under your account is your responsibility, whether or not you personally authorised it.

• Notify 789q immediately if you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation.
• Do not use another person's account, payment method or identity to register or play.
• Your account is for your personal use only and must not be transferred, sold or lent to anyone else.
• PKR balances in your 789q wallet cannot be transferred to other accounts.

789q reserves the right to close or suspend any account that it reasonably believes is being misused, operated fraudulently or in violation of these terms, with or without prior notice.

04Deposits & Payments

All transactions on 789q are conducted in PKR (Pakistani Rupee). We support deposits via JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer, debit and credit cards and mobile wallets. The minimum and maximum deposit amounts may vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of transaction.

Deposits must come from a payment method that is registered in your own name. Using a payment account belonging to another person — whether a family member, friend or any third party — is not permitted and may result in account suspension and investigation.

• Deposits are credited to your 789q PKR wallet once the transaction is confirmed by the payment provider.
• 789q does not charge deposit fees, however your payment provider (e.g. JazzCash or your bank) may apply their own charges — these are outside our control.
• If a deposit is not reflected in your wallet within the expected timeframe, contact 789q support with your transaction reference number.
• Deposits made by credit card may be treated as a cash advance by your card issuer — this is not within 789q's control.

05Withdrawals

You may request a withdrawal of your available PKR balance at any time, subject to the conditions below. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit where possible, or to a verified payment account in your name.

• Your account must be fully verified before a withdrawal can be processed. This may include providing a valid CNIC copy or other identity documents as requested.
• Active bonus funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirement cannot be withdrawn — see Section 6 for bonus terms.
• Withdrawal requests are processed within the timeframes stated on the Withdrawal page. VIP members at Gold and Diamond tiers benefit from priority processing.
• 789q reserves the right to carry out additional verification checks before approving any withdrawal, particularly for large amounts or accounts that have not previously processed a withdrawal.
• Withdrawal amounts must meet the minimum threshold displayed in your account at the time of the request.

If a withdrawal is declined or delayed, 789q support will contact you with the reason. Common causes include incomplete verification, a pending wagering requirement on a bonus, or a mismatch between your account details and your payment method registration.

06Bonuses & Promotions

789q may offer deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers and other promotions from time to time. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms which will be displayed alongside the offer. The following general rules apply to all bonus offers on 789q:

• Bonuses are credited in PKR to your bonus wallet and are subject to a wagering requirement before they can be converted to withdrawable funds. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated on each individual promotion.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time. You cannot stack multiple bonuses unless explicitly stated in the promotion terms.
• Bonuses are issued for personal use only. Any attempt to abuse bonus offers — including using multiple accounts, coordinated play or any form of arbitrage — will result in bonus forfeiture and account review.
• 789q reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel any promotion at any time. If a promotion is cancelled after you have opted in, any qualifying deposit made in good faith will be credited without the bonus component.
• Free spins and other non-cash bonuses are subject to their own terms as stated in the relevant promotion.
• Cashback awarded through the VIP programme is credited as real PKR with no wagering requirement unless stated otherwise in the VIP programme terms.

07Gameplay Rules

All games available on 789q — including slots, live casino, fish games and sports betting — operate under their own individual game rules which are accessible within each game or betting market. By placing a bet or spinning a game, you confirm you understand and accept the rules of that specific game.

• Bets placed and confirmed cannot be cancelled or reversed. Once a wager is confirmed in the system, it stands.
• In the event of a technical error or system fault during a game round, 789q reserves the right to void the affected round and return the staked PKR amount to your wallet. No winnings will be paid for a round that has been declared void due to a fault.
• For sports betting — including cricket, PSL, T20 internationals and football — bets are settled based on the official result from the relevant governing body. 789q uses recognised data sources for result settlement.
• If a sporting event is postponed, abandoned or cancelled, bets on that event may be voided in line with the specific market rules displayed at the time of betting.
• 789q does not guarantee continuous availability of any specific game or betting market. Games may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance or other reasons.

Any attempt to exploit technical vulnerabilities, use automated software or bots, or manipulate game outcomes through any means will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all funds.

08VIP Programme

The 789q VIP programme rewards regular players with cashback, faster withdrawal processing and dedicated support. Membership tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold and Diamond — are assigned based on your cumulative PKR wagering activity across all game categories on the platform.

• VIP tier progress is calculated on a rolling basis. The specific thresholds for each tier are displayed on the VIP page.
• Cashback credited through the VIP programme is real PKR unless otherwise specified. Cashback rates increase at each tier level.
• 789q reserves the right to adjust tier thresholds, cashback rates or VIP benefits at any time with reasonable notice to affected members.
• VIP status is non-transferable and applies solely to the individual account holder.
• Abuse of the VIP programme — including collusive play to accelerate tier progress — will result in VIP status removal and account review.

09Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on 789q. Any player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will face account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of balances and may be reported to relevant authorities where applicable.

• Registering more than one account or using another person's identity to create an account.
• Providing false, misleading or incomplete information at registration or during any verification process.
• Using any automated tool, bot, script or software to interact with the platform, place bets or manipulate game outcomes.
• Attempting to exploit any technical error, software bug or pricing mistake on the platform for financial gain.
• Engaging in any form of fraud, money laundering or using the platform to process funds obtained through illegal means.
• Using payment methods that do not belong to you or attempting chargebacks after legitimate transactions.
• Colluding with other players or third parties to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Threatening, harassing or abusing 789q staff or other users in any communication channel.
